Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of ClearPath Diagnostics, Programming and Calibrations and our mobile automotive services in Florida and the United States.

Services

ClearPath provides mobile ADAS calibrations, vehicle programming, diagnostics, and related services for shops, fleets, dealers, and auction recon. Work is performed for supported applications using procedures appropriate to the service requested. Availability, scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed before work begins.

Scheduling and customer information

You agree to provide accurate contact, shop, vehicle, and service information when requesting an appointment. Contact details are used to communicate about scheduling and service delivery.

Customer responsibilities

Provide safe, lawful access to the vehicle and a suitable work area. You remain responsible for vehicle ownership/authorization and for following any repair or safety recommendations provided.

Limitations

Service outcomes depend on vehicle condition, parts, software, access, and supported applications. ClearPath does not guarantee that every issue can be diagnosed or resolved on-site. We will communicate material limitations when identified.
